Finance Manager Reporting To the CFO

Overview
In questa posizione, riporterai al CFO e guiderai il dipartimento Finance per ottimizzare processi, ridurre dispersioni e garantire controllo economico-finanziario. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team cross-funzionali per migliorare la reportistica, la gestione del budget e i flussi finanziari. Il ruolo mette al centro l'efficienza operativa, il recupero crediti e l'ottimizzazione dei sistemi informatici. È un'opportunità per avere impatto su scala nazionale nel contesto di una società di noleggio con servizi integrati.
Responsabilità
- Coordinare e supervisionare attività amministrativo-contabili e fiscali
- Analizzare l'andamento economico-finanziario
- Monitorare i processi amministrativi
- Formulare il budget aziendale e occuparsi del controllo di gestione
- Gestire i flussi finanziari
- Gestire e ottimizzare l'attività di recupero crediti aziendale
- Ottimizzare i sistemi informatici
- Attività di reportistica
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in discipline economiche
- Esperienza maturata in ruolo analogo
- Provenienza dall'ambito del noleggio e/o del settore dei servizi
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
- Ottime doti analitiche, capacità interpersonali e un forte spirito di leadership
- Proattività, dinamismo, precisione, affidabilità, flessibilità, senso di responsabilità
- Orientamento al raggiungimento dell'obiettivo e attitudine al problem solving
- Mobilità per trasferte a livello nazionale
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
