In questa posizione, sarai inserito nel team Accounting & Bookkeeping di Deloitte Business Solution a Milano, operando in modalità ibrida. Fornirai servizi di outsourcing contabile integrati, gestendo dalla contabilizzazione alle chiusure, con attenzione a compliance civilistiche e fiscali. Lavorerai su contabilità, reporting e consolidamenti, coordinando risorse junior e collaborando con team fiscali e di governance. Avrai l'opportunità di contribuire allo sviluppo di nuove offerte plug & play per ottimizzare i processi aziendali in ambito finance.

Responsabilità
- Gestire scadenze e contabilità ordinaria
- Verificare e calcolare stanziamenti mensili
- Predisporre scritture di assestamento e accertamento
- Preparare reporting mensile/trimestrale (IFRS o US GAAP)
- Redigere bilancio d'esercizio e bilancio consolidato
- Coordinare e formare risorse junior
- Coordinare team di consulenza fiscale/gestione societaria per compliance
- Supportare sviluppo di nuove offrings e soluzioni plug & play
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in materie economiche o affini
- 3-5 anni di esperienza in studi professionali o aziende di medie/ grandi dimensioni
- Conoscenza IFRS e normativa fiscale diretta/ indiretta
- Capacità di lavorare in contesti complessi e analizzare dati gestionali
- Buona conoscenza ERP (SAP, Oracle, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics) e MS Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di lavorare in team
