Siamo alla ricerca di un AI & LLM Specialist con esperienza nello sviluppo, configurazione, valutazione e messa in produzione di soluzioni basate su Large Language Models e Generative AI. La figura contribuirà alla realizzazione di pipeline intelligenti per analisi, automazione, knowledge management, retrieval aumentato e interazione conversazionale.
Responsabilità principali
- Sviluppo e implementazione di soluzioni basate su LLM e modelli generativi.
- Realizzazione di pipeline RAG per interrogazione di basi documentali e knowledge base aziendali.
- Valutazione, selezione e personalizzazione di modelli open source e commerciali.
- Progettazione di prompt, chain, workflow e componenti di orchestrazione AI.
- Integrazione con vector database, sistemi documentali, API e applicazioni enterprise.
- Monitoraggio di qualità, accuratezza, latenza, costi e rischi delle soluzioni AI.
Competenze tecniche
- LLM, Generative AI, NLP e Prompt Engineering.
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face e framework analoghi.
- Python, PyTorch e librerie di Machine Learning.
- Vector Database come Milvus, Qdrant, Pinecone o equivalenti.
- RAG, embedding, semantic search e document processing.
- Valutazione dei modelli, guardrail, sicurezza e privacy dei dati.
Competenze trasversali
- Curiosità tecnica e capacità di sperimentazione controllata.
- Orientamento alla qualità del risultato e alla misurabilità delle performance.
- Capacità di collaborare con architetti, sviluppatori e stakeholder di business.
- Attitudine a tradurre tecnologie emergenti in casi d'uso concreti.
