Descrizione
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi annuali di vendita e di sviluppo del margine lordo per il mercato italiano, in linea con la strategia globale del segmento internazionale
- Raggiungere i principali obiettivi finanziari annuali (RNS) e i target per l'Italia
- Allineare i distributori sugli obiettivi commerciali e sulle metriche attraverso un solido Business Plan annuale
- Analizzare la performance del mercato e raccomandare piani d'azione ai principali decisori per accelerare una crescita sostenibile in quota e volumi in Italia
- Facilitare la negoziazione delle condizioni commerciali e dei piani di attivazione con i distributori, garantendo l'allineamento con gli obiettivi complessivi del business
- Dimostrare una forte competenza di categoria e collaborare con il team commerciale regionale per creare category stories efficaci e rilevanti per il mercato italiano
- Raccomandare un modello di lancio efficace per le innovazioni (NPD) all'interno del modello di vendita indiretto
- Coinvolgere i distributori per un'esecuzione impeccabile dei piani
- Stabilire una collaborazione solida per supportare le esigenze dei distributori
- Garantire raccomandazioni sul modello Perfect Store per il mercato italiano
- Essere responsabile del rispetto degli obblighi contrattuali da parte del distributore
Profilo del Candidato
Un Sales Manager Italy di successo dovrebbe avere:
- Oltre 8 anni di esperienza nelle vendite presso un'azienda leader FMCG
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese (Must Have)
- Solida esperienza nel lavoro in team multifunzionali e in contesti a matrice
- Forte esperienza nella gestione del P&L e nel lavoro con distributori
