Italian Customer Success Specialist — Onboarding & Growth
Waiterr
Waiterr is seeking a Customer Success professional in Milano who will onboard venues from kickoff to month-end close and run quarterly reviews. You will drive expansion, reduce churn, and feed product with field insights, leveraging your hospitality background and strong English plus local language communication.
The role requires 3+ years in customer success or related fields, with composure under pressure and proven client-facing experience.
