Six-month extracurricular internship in Product Operations and Analytics within Medtronic's Cardiovascular Aortic unit, based in Milan. The role combines product marketing, operations, and finance work across Western European markets, supporting advanced analytics, inventory optimization, and data-driven business insights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced analysis of product inventory, market dynamics, and regional performance to identify trends and business opportunities
- Support Integrated Business Planning and inventory optimization processes across Western Europe
- Develop and enhance data analysis environments and reporting tools for customer engagement activities
- Build data models, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions to improve data quality and scalability
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and senior stakeholders to translate analytics into business decisions
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Economics or Biomedical Engineering
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, especially Excel pivot tables and formulas
- Experience creating and customizing Power BI dashboards and data modeling
- Proactive approach with strong analytical capabilities
Compensation: €900 gross monthly
