Sales Support Manager
Responsibilities- Creare e completare offerte/estimazioni/quotazioni per il business Automation basandosi sulla specifica del cliente o sul budget, per raggiungere mercato, competitività e alto margine per l'azienda.
- Gestire la preparazione di tutte le parti tecniche, finanziarie e, se necessario, di gestione del progetto della proposta/valutazione/quote, indicando prezzi e condizioni di trading.
- Assicurare che l'input per le attività di editing sia fornito in tempo e secondo le procedure di qualità stabilite.
- Reportare regolarmente lo stato delle offerte/valutazioni/quotazioni utilizzando lo strumento definito.
- Identificare potenziali rischi nelle offerte/quotazioni/valutazioni, fornire informazioni e partecipare al processo di revisione del rischio.
- Responsabile della raccolta di tutte le informazioni necessarie per preparare la proposta.
- Stabilire relazioni con i clienti per comprendere le loro esigenze e fornire supporto tecnico al Sales Team durante le riunioni tecniche.
- Diploma tecnico o laurea in ambito automation.
- 3–5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile o correlato.
- Conoscenza delle tecnologie di controllo ABB.
- Buona padronanza del set Office.
- Comunicazione fluente in inglese e italiano; la conoscenza del francese è considerata un plus.
- Capace di lavorare in team, flessibile e adattabile a situazioni mutevoli.
Minimum annual salary: €48.000. Variable Pay: AIP target 5% + Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus. The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.
