Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d)

pFor our client, an international manufacturer in the power electronics sector, we are recruiting a bRegional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) /b. /ppbr/ppbRESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppbr/pulliDevelop and grow the Italian market for power electronic solutions in industrial applications /liliAcquire new customers and expand existing key accounts /liliBuild strong relationships with decision-makers and identify new business opportunities /liliManage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiations to contract conclusion /liliDevelop and implement regional sales activities in line with commercial targets /liliCooperate closely with Field Application Engineering and internal specialist teams /liliMaintain accurate sales forecasts, customer data and opportunity tracking in the CRM system /li /ulpbr/ppbREQUIREMENTS /b /ppbr/pulliDegree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field, or equivalent technical training /liliSeveral years of B2B sales experience in electronics, power electronics, semiconductors or a related technical environment /liliProven track record in new business development and key account management /liliStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skills /liliIndependent, structured and results-oriented working style /liliWillingness to travel within the assigned region /liliFluent Italian and English; German or French would be an advantage /li /ulpbr/ppbBENEFITS /b /ppbr/pulli100% remote working /liliHigh level of responsibility and freedom to develop the market /liliInternational environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes /liliAttractive compensation package and long-term career prospects /li /ulpbr/ppShould you have any questions or require further information, please contact us at . /p
