ph3Working at Freudenberg: \"We will wow your world!\" /h3h3Responsibilities /h3ulliManaging the replenishment from production sites and/or suppliers and follows up deliveries. /liliBeing the single contact per production site/supplier purchasing for all organizations in their region and exceptionally also for other regions in case of international suppliers. /liliDefines supply capacity needs (short-mid term). /liliChecks available capacity against demand and initiates measures at production and suppliers to match capacity with demand. /liliCommunicates, manages, and solves actual and potential supply issues and take allocation decisions in case of bottleneck. /liliManages phase-in/ phase-out situations in alignment with Category SCM and local SCMs. /liliResponsible to achieve agreed stock levels and Service levels for his/her region. /liliMaintains and periodically reviews planning master data. /liliResponsible to define the optimal safety stock levels in all countries for his/her categories responsibilities, in alignment with local SCMs. /liliProvides input to procurement on supplier performance, if managing Supply Planning from external suppliers. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences 2/3 years’ experience in SCM Planning Dept ideally in consumer goods company or B2B Deep user knowledge in Microsoft Outlook,Word, Powerpoint, Excel mastery Knowledge of relevant ERP (MRP, parameters, Logics) and relevant Planning systems (SAP, IBP, ..)
