Every step of our international growth and digital innovation is rooted in extensive psychometric expertise to empower professionals, helping them manage and enhance solutions for people’s well-being and mental health. /ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppGiunti Psychometrics is looking for an International E-commerce Specialist – APAC to grow sales of its digital products across the Asia-Pacific markets. /ppReporting to the Corporate E-commerce Director, the person will contribute to the launch and growth of the international stores, with a transactional focus on B2C and an informational/lead-generation focus on B2B. /ppThe scope covers Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, China, India, and other key Asian markets. /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliContribute to the design and launch of new stores on Magento/Adobe Commerce. /liliManage catalogs, content, languages, currencies, payments, and customer journeys. /liliDevelop proposals on assortment, pricing, promotions, and the commercial calendar together with Product Marketing and Management. /liliCoordinate Product Marketing and RD on offering and content, IT on technical aspects, and Legal and Finance on local requirements. /liliCreate scalable digital campaigns, adapting and localizing them for the different markets. /liliManage, with agency support, social media and campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. /liliOwn direct targets for B2C revenue and B2B lead generation. /liliManage the area's budget, with operational autonomy within agreed guidelines. /liliAnalyze performance through GA4, identifying growth opportunities and conversion rate optimization. /liliCollaborate with customer care to continuously improve the user experience. /liliContribute to process automation through tools such as n8n. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliAt least 4 years of experience in e-commerce. /liliExperience in the operational management of complex e-commerce platforms and projects. /liliSkills in digital marketing, paid media, analytics, and budget management. /liliExperience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and GA4. /liliAbility to coordinate agencies, vendors, and different business functions. /liliAnalytical approach, autonomy, results orientation, and strong project management skills. /liliEnglish at least at B2 level. /li /ulpstrongNice to have /strong /pulliExperience with Magento/Adobe Commerce; br / /liliExperience in international e-commerce or APAC markets; br / /liliKnowledge of Chinese; br / /liliExperience selling digital products; br / /liliFamiliarity with n8n and Canva. /li /ulpstrongWhat we offer: /strong /pulliA central role in the international development of Giunti Psychometrics' e-commerce. /liliThe opportunity to contribute to the launch of new stores in strategic markets. /liliAn international and multidisciplinary environment. /liliHybrid working arrangements based in Florence. /liliCompensation and level commensurate with experience and the value of the candidacy. /li /ulpstrongEqual Opportunity Statement /strong /ppGiunti Psychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
