Fleet Operations & After Sales Specialist

La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e ottimizzazione dei processi operativi della flotta, con l’obiettivo di ridurre i tempi di fermo e garantire efficienza e qualità del servizio.
Il ruolo richiede competenze tecniche, analitiche e capacità di problem solving, con responsabilità sul coordinamento di officine e fornitori, sul monitoraggio delle riparazioni dei veicoli e sulla gestione delle priorità operative.
La risorsa contribuirà all’analisi dei KPI e al miglioramento continuo dei processi.
Responsabilità principali
- Monitorare il fermo tecnico dei veicoli, con focus sull’analisi delle principali cause di fermo.
- Gestire segnalazioni di garanzia e indisponibilità ricambi, interfacciandosi con costruttori e fornitori alternativi.
- Coordinare i trasferimenti dei veicoli durante e dopo le riparazioni, assicurando un flusso logistico efficiente.
- Supervisionare fornitori e officine, verificando il rispetto degli SLA e degli standard di servizio.
- Presidiare le casistiche più complesse, gestendo analisi dedicate ed escalation provenienti dai team Customer Care e Sales.
- Analizzare le principali cause di fermo tecnico, individuando aree di attenzione e opportunità di intervento.
- Analizzare i KPI interni, elaborare report e contribuire allo sviluppo e all’ottimizzazione dei processi interni.
Competenze e requisiti
- Laurea, preferibilmente in ambito economico, gestionale o discipline affini
- Esperienza maturata nel settore automotive, preferibilmente in area after-sales.
- Solida conoscenza di Excel e capacità di analisi dati e monitoraggio delle performance attraverso KPI.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2)
- Approccio analitici e orientamento al problem-solving
- Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e orientamento al cliente
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni.
Sede di lavoro: Roma.
Contratto: tempo indeterminato.
CCSL Contratto Collettivo specifico di lavoro. Impiegato - livello A3.
