Posizione:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement team, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing sourcing activities, optimizing procurement strategies, and supporting project delivery in a dynamic and international environment.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and issue RFIs and RFQs
  
• Analyse and compare supplier offers (pricing, T&Cs, lead time, scope of supply and exclusions)
  
• Support negotiations and contribute to supplier selection aligned with project requirements, budget, and timelines
  
• Manage procurement processes end-to-end, ensuring compliance during negotiation and contracting phases
  
• Collaborate daily with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, and project teams
  
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding business priorities and aligning procurement strategies accordingly
  
• Monitor procurement budgets and promote a culture of cost optimization
  
• Define and track KPIs to monitor performance, compliance, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
  
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of supply issues
  
• Maintain and update vendor lists (direct and indirect) through internal tools and vendor portals
  
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and promote a safe working environment

Requisiti:

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree
  
• at least 5 years of experience in Procurement
• Experience in engineering, energy, or EPC/project-based environments
  
• Both Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
  
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong accountability
  
• Availability to travel up to 30% of the time (company sites and suppliers)
