Details Are As Follows /p h3E-MERCHANDISING ANALYTICS SPECIALIST /h3 h3MISSION /h3 pThe role drives digital merchandising excellence through the optimization of product visibility, content quality, SEO/GEO performance, and digital shelf execution. By leveraging data-driven insights and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the E-Merchandising Specialist contributes to delivering a best-in-class online shopper experience and maximizing brand performance across pure players and e-retailers. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online environments, combining strong analytical capabilities with a passion for digital excellence. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Digital Merchandising Excellence /h3 ul liManage digital merchandising activities across e-retailer websites, ensuring content accuracy, completeness, and consistency for both new launches and existing product updates. /li liGuarantee flawless execution of PDPs, Brand Pages, taxonomy, imagery, SEO/GEO-optimization, Ratings Reviews campaigns, UGC, and onsite search optimization. /li liMonitor and continuously optimize the digital shelf to maximize visibility, ranking, discoverability, and share of voice across retailer platforms. /li liCollaborate closely with retailer, local Marketing and EMEA teams to ensure consistent brand representation, updated assets, and alignment with global guidelines. /li /ul h3Performance Analysis Insights /h3 ul liTrack and analyze assortment, availability, pricing, PDP completeness, content quality, Ratings Reviews. /li liMonitor stock levels and pricing dynamics across retailers, ensuring the timely delivery of weekly performance reports. /li liGenerate actionable insights and recommendations aimed at improving product performance, shopper engagement, content quality, and conversion-driving elements. /li liAnalyze shopper behavior, consumer journeys, RRs, and market dynamics across e-retail platforms. /li liMonitor competitors, category trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Temporary Visibility Activation Monitoring /h3 ul liCoordinate the monitoring and reporting of temporary e-retail activations in collaboration with the intern. /li liMeasure activation performance and provide post-campaign analysis to support future optimization and investment decisions. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with Key Account Managers, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Digital teams. /li liBuild strong relationships with retailer e-commerce teams to enhance execution quality, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen brand equity. /li liSupport the development of best practices, tools, and processes that drive excellence in digital merchandising across the organization. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. /li liMinimum 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online environments. /li liExperience working with e-retailers, marketplaces, or digital commerce platforms is a strong plus. /li liStrong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using reporting tools, dashboards, or data visualization platforms. /li liSolid understanding of digital merchandising principles, e-retail SEO/GEO, search optimization, and online consumer behavior. /li liDetail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li liTeam player with the ability to work effectively across functions and external partners. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li liAlignment with Shiseido's TRUST 8 Working Principles: Think Big /li liTake Risks /li liBe Hands On /li liCollaborate /li liBe Open /li liAct with Integrity /li liBe Accountable /li liApplaud Success /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pThe salary range for this position is €36,000 to €40.000 gross annual base salary.
