At Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services, you'll join a high-performing infrastructure and cloud platform team, contributing to the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-grade container platforms based on Red Hat OpenShift.The role targets a professional with a solid and progressive career path in Linux / Cloud / Container platforms, who can operate with increasing autonomy and contribute to both operations and platform evolution initiatives.You will act as a key interface across Delivery, Engineering, and Consulting teams, ensuring platform stability while enabling innovation and business growth.Key Responsibilities:• Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in hybrid and multi-cloud environments• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security compliance• Support platform evolution initiatives• Contribute to CI/CD, GitOps, and DevOps practices• Troubleshoot complex incidents and act as escalation point• Collaborate with Architects and Consult Partner• Drive continuous optimization• Support governance and service improvementWho You Are• 3+ years of experience in Linux and enterprise environments• Proven OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters experience in managing production environments• Experience in complex enterprise environments• Ability to work with autonomy and ownership• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform or ArgoCD• Collaborative mindset and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersTechnical Skills• Red Hat OpenShift• Kubernetes ecosystem• Linux (RHEL)• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures• Scripting (Bash, Python, YAML)• CI/CD and DevOps tools• Monitoring and troubleshooting toolsCertifications• Red Hat OpenShift Administrator (EX280) – strongly preferred• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD)• Red Hat certifications#KYNHIRINGKIISBeing YouThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
