Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Envision Your Future Job /h3 pWe are looking for a Process Quality Engineer - Smart Eyewear who will help ensure the quality readiness, reliability and manufacturing excellence of next-generation products, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production. Working at the intersection of Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing, this role contributes to solving complex challenges, improving processes and bringing innovative wearable technology to market. /p h3Areas Of Resonsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the quality readiness of new products throughout the NPI and industrialization phases. /li liPartner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Supplier Quality teams to ensure quality is built into products and processes from the early stages. /li liMonitor production performance, process and quality KPIs, identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities. /li liInvestigate quality issues and production abnormalities, driving root cause analysis and effective corrective actions. /li liContribute to risk assessment, PFMEA, process validation, Control Plan definition and quality gate reviews. /li liSupport the qualification and industrialization of new technologies, electronic components, modules and manufacturing processes. /li liAnalyze quality and production data, translating insights into clear recommendations and improvement actions. /li liSupport functional, validation and reliability testing activities for electronic products and smart modules. /li liPromote a culture of quality excellence, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. /li liHelp ensure a smooth transition from product development to large-scale production. /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or Diploma in a technical field, preferably Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. /li liExperience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, NPI in Electronic environment is considered a plus /li liPrevious exposure to consumer electronics, smart products or high-tech manufacturing environments is a strong plus. /li liKnowledge of quality methodologies and problem-solving tools, including PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D and Root Cause Analysis. /li liUnderstanding of manufacturing, industrialization and continuous improvement processes, with the ability to analyze data and support fact-based decisions. /li liGood understanding of electronic products and technologies, including PCB/PCBA manufacturing, sensors, cameras, microphones, speakers, batteries, charging solutions, Bluetooth and wireless connectivity. /li liFamiliarity with functional, validation and reliability testing, electronic troubleshooting and failure analysis. /li liAbility to read and interpret technical documentation, product specifications, BOMs and basic electronic schematics. /li liStrong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and effective communication skills in cross-functional environments. /li liGood English communication skills, both written and spoken is mandatory /li /ul h3Recruiting process /h3 pOur recruitment process may vary; If you are selected, you will be contacted by our recruiters to guide you through the specific steps for your application. /p h3Salary Package /h3 ul liAnnual Gross Salary: 45.000 Eur – 60.000 Eur /li liComprehensive Benefits Package: ul liSupplementary Health insurance coverage /li liSupplementary Pension Plan /li liAccess to the EssilorLuxottica Corporate Welfare Catalogue /li liCompany Canteen /li liExclusive employee discounts on company products /li liCompany-provided laptop and mobile phone /li /ul /li /ul h3WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW? /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica you have the feeling of being part of a “success story”, no matter where you work in the EssilorLuxottica world, you can really make an impact.br/Are you ready for this challenge?br/If yes, we are waiting for you. /p h3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3 pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
