It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. /ppThe Expert Marketing function aims to increase both the number of touchpoints (multichannel reach) and frequency of engagement with meaningful Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across Haleon product categories, leveraging a progressively omnichannel approach. The Expert Activation Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness of this ecosystem, ensuring the design and brilliant execution of impactful Expert activation plans across channels. This role is responsible for defining and implementing local omnichannel strategies, maximizing HCP engagement and business impact. A key focus is on performance monitoring and continuous optimization, leveraging data, insights, and advanced analytics to refine activation strategies and improve ROI. The role collaborates closely with Categories and Media, Medical, Regulatory functions to ensure consistency, execution excellence, and the evolution toward a fully data-driven operating model. /ph3Role Responsibilities /h3pLeverage a multi‑and omnichannel approach for maximum impact, building new business opportunities by defining and executing strategic initiatives across emerging and existing channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Spotify, YouTube, 1st‑ and 3rd‑party database email), tracking performance KPIs and leveraging Global and European best‑practice learnings. /ppDefine and implement the Italian Expert multichannel strategy, with the Haleon Health Partner (HHP) digital platform at its core, ensuring clear media reach, conversion and engagement plans, as well as robust tracking and optimization of HHP performance KPIs. /ppCollaborate closely with the Expert Marketing Manager to ensure effective omnichannel implementation and activation of category‑level content, maximizing consistency, impact and execution excellence across touchpoints. /ppPartner with the Medical function to execute the external Key Expert Engagement (KEE) strategy, influencing key professional organizations and opinion leaders to strengthen Haleon’s corporate reputation among external stakeholders. /ppManage end‑to‑end KEE engagement (from business opportunity definition to contracting, execution and follow‑up) based on business needs, to drive condition awareness and brand relevance. /ppPrepare and deliver periodic performance reports on omnichannel activities, in close collaboration with the Expert Multichannel Manager. /ppTranslate data into clear, actionable insights to inform and strengthen digital strategy development, with particular focus on NCOs. /ppSupport the evaluation of campaign and Expert initiative effectiveness, partnering with IPSOS, or sellout data providers as NewLine, Circana, and internal CBIA and SFE teams to build multi‑level, actionable reporting frameworks. /ppCollaborate with CBIA and Global Expert teams to ensure correct execution and adoption of MMM/Prometheus and MORE as the “one source of truth”, embedding these tools into daily decision‑making for Expert activity performance assessment. /ppSynthesize, present and share insights from analytics and research internally, enabling cross‑functional understanding and fostering the evolution toward an increasingly data‑driven omnichannel operating model. /ph3Basic Qualifications /h3ulliStrong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret Expert, Marketing and Commercial KPIs. /liliSolid experience in Expert, Marketing and Digital KPI measurement. /liliProven ability to use data to assess brand performance, Expert activity ROI and support strategic decision‑making. /liliStrong capability to translate data into concrete actions. /liliDeep understanding of Expert omnichannel engagement models. /liliAbility to orchestrate multiple touchpoints (events, digital media, social, training, etc.) in a coherent and effective way. /liliExperience ensuring alignment between strategy, execution and activation timing. /liliHigh level of confidence in reporting and analytics tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI). /liliProven experience in building and managing performance dashboards. /liliAbility to convert data into actionable insights to continuously optimize strategies. /liliExcellent cross‑functional collaboration skills. /liliStrong ownership and result‑driven attitude. /liliStructured thinking and problem‑solving capability. /liliStrong attention to detail combined with a strategic, end‑to‑end perspective. /liliFlexibility, proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset. /liliHigh levels of learning agility and change agility. /li /ulh3Salary /h3pEUR 41,664.00 - EUR 57,288.00 /ppThe salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
