As a Technical Sales Senior Analyst, you will provide expert technical support and training for IT Systems products, enabling sales teams and customers. You will lead complex multi-LOB projects and coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers to deliver tailored solutions. You will support pre‑sales activities, craft compelling proposals and presentations, and drive engagement with customers, partners, and consultants across EMEA and worldwide. This role combines technical leadership with a focus on value creation and market awareness, in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Provide technical support and training to customers and Sales teams for IT Systems products and solutions
  • Lead technical leadership in complex multi-LOB projects and coordinate with Application Engineering teams across departments
  • Engage with third-party suppliers to enhance solutions and ensure seamless integration
  • Deliver pre-sales technical guidance for proposals, quotes, and tenders
  • Provide strategic technical expertise for medium-scale projects and key accounts across EMEA and worldwide
  • Develop innovative and cost-effective IT Systems solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Build strong relationships between Sales and Line of Business
  • Attend customer meetings as a technical expert and present product/applications
  • Deliver technical training to sales teams and customers
  • Organize events and webcasts to showcase Vertiv technologies
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to feedback on products and propose new developments
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in innovation
  • Continuously develop knowledge of IT Systems solutions
Responsabilità
  • Bachelor in Engineering (electrical, electronics, telecommunications, or computer systems)
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on IT Systems product experience in Datacenter environments or similar
  • Desirable experience in Thermal and Power systems within Data Centers
  • Fluent English and proficiency in Italian (local language)
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a customer‑centric and sales mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Requirement engineering background
  • Technical drawing skills with Visio or CAD
  • Extensive hands‑on IT Systems experience
  • Ability to work across global teams and sales channels
