Position Summary

The Senior Sales Consultant will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through proactive, consultative, phone-based sales and effective lead management.

As a senior member of the sales team, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from qualifying and understanding inbound leads to presenting tailored solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully closing deals. You will build strong, long-term relationships with customers while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Beyond managing your own pipeline and achieving ambitious sales targets, you will contribute to improving sales processes, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting the wider sales team with your experience, commercial insight, and best practices.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys the challenge of closing deals, and takes genuine ownership of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and needs analysis to negotiation and closing.
• Manage and convert inbound leads, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Build strong, trusted customer relationships through consultative, phone-based sales.
• Handle complex opportunities, objections, and negotiations with strong commercial judgment.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure disciplined CRM and lead management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a fast, seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to improving sales processes, conversion rates, and overall team performance.
• Support and share best practices with junior members of the sales team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in sales, ideally in a consultative or phone-based environment.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership and goes the extra mile.
• Strong CRM and sales pipeline management skills.
• Ideally, an automotive enthusiast with a genuine passion for the industry.

Salary Range:

30.000€ gross annually - 35.000€ gross annually (+) bonus
