The role will manage the lifecycle of the building portfolio, with a specific focus on adapting and launching solutions forb International Markets /b requiring bBritish Standard /b (BS) and/or bGerman /b (DIN VDE), from concept to launch and beyond. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h31. Market Analysis /h3 ul liMonitor market size, competition, and positioning, with a global perspective and localized insights. /li liAnalyze customer needs, market trends, and international technical regulations to identify opportunities for new products, variants, or business models. /li liEvaluate opportunities in terms of growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. /li liCollaborate with local marketing teams for deeper and quicker market insights, maintaining a strong connection with customers through visits, tradeshows, webinars, and industry associations. /li /ul h32. Product Management /h3 ul liDevelop marketing strategies for the International Wiring Devices portfolio, defining a clear and differentiating value proposition for international standards in collaboration with the Solution Marketing Manager. /li liCollaborate with Product Specialists to define functional specifications, providing crucial inputs to RD, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure compliance with local markets requirements /li liContribute to the creation of business plans for new internationalization projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and monitoring target margins /li liSupport launch plans in partnership with Commercial Excellence, Strategic Marketing, and Cluster Marketing teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. /li liCoordinate end-to-end product development processes, from concept to market launch, working closely with PMO and cross-functional teams. /li /ul h33.
