Requirements- English C1 or higher
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality with international guests
- Full-time availability and flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to interact confidently with high-end clientele
- Strong communication and sales attitude
- Currently living in Rome or ready to relocate immediately
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
- Manage check‐ins and check‐outs
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and operations
- Handle guest requests and problem‑solving
- Sell experiences, upgrades and services
- Deliver a luxury‑level guest experience
- Be part of the heart of our hospitality operation
This role requires energy, speed, attention to detail and real ownership.
