The role performs a variety of routine accounting activities under close supervision, with a particular focus on bookkeeping activities. /p /br /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliPerform technical accounting support and administrative duties, such as entering sales and creditor invoices and processing bank transactions; /li /brliManage capital assets and accounts payable and receivable; /li /brliPrepare primary accounting documents, if required; /li /brliMaintain accounting files and records; /li /brliCheck account balances on a monthly basis and support the preparation of account analyses, if requested; /li /brliEnsure accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the accounting system; /li /brliDraft letters and emails to clients concerning accounting or administrative issues and submit them for review and approval by the Accounting Supervisor; /li /brliPrepare routine correspondence and/or mailings. /li /br /ul /br /brh3Key Requirements /h3 /brul /brliEnglish (working knowledge); /li /brliKnowledge of the Profis system is considered an advantage; /li /brliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook); /li /brliHigh School Diploma and/or Degree in Economics; /li /brliUp to 2 years of experience in similar organizations; /li /brliWorks in compliance with TMF procedures and related standards of work; /li /brliResponsible and organized; /li /br /ul /br /brh3What’s in it for you? /h3 /brul /brli3 days of home working per week /li /brliRefer a friend policy /li /brliBusiness academy /li /br /ul /br /brh3We’re looking forward to getting to know you! /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
