Land Acquisition Manager

ppCircular Resourcing are recruiting for a bLand Acquisition Manager /b to identify and secure land acquisition opportunities in Italy for the development of large-scale renewable energy plants. /p ul liYou will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating suitable land, building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, local stakeholders, and strategic partners. /li liThe ideal candidate is results-oriented, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is able to plan and execute effective acquisition strategies, from the scouting phase to the formalization of agreements. /li /ul pbLocation: /b remote/home-based with travel expected /p pbContract type: /b The role can be permanent, or options to freelance for the right person. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liIdentify and develop new land acquisition opportunities for utility-scale renewable energy projects in Italy /li liManage direct contacts with landowners, intermediaries, and local stakeholders to negotiate and conclude agreements (options, leases, easements, etc.) /li liBuild and maintain long‑term relationships with partners and owners /li liCollaborate with technical teams to assess the feasibility of identified sites /li liSupport permitting and project development teams throughout the entire life cycle of the initiative /li liMaintain and expand an active pipeline of opportunities /liliPlan strategically and critically to ensure project success /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liBachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent professional experience /li li3+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, renewable project development, or business development in Italy /li liKnowledge of the real estate and/or renewable energy market in Italy (preferred) /li liExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills /li liReliable, transparent, and able to build trusting relationships /li liStrong goal orientation and organizational skills /li liFluent Italian; good knowledge of English is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
