DATA SCIENTIST
Il/la candidato/a ideale ha esperienza in contesti aziendali complessi ed è capace di lavorare su dati eterogenei e trasformare esigenze di business in soluzioni analitiche concrete. Ha già operato in ambienti strutturati, con processi, vincoli di governance e interlocutori diversi, unendo capacità analitica, visione applicativa e autonomia operativa.
Nello specifico, si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti attività:
- Data Analysis & Insight : analizzerai dati provenienti da più sorgenti, identificherai pattern, anomalie e opportunità di miglioramento, traducendo i risultati in indicazioni utili per il business.
- SQL Server & Data Modeling : lavorerai in modo avanzato con MS SQL Server per estrazione, trasformazione e modellazione dei dati, occupandoti anche di ottimizzazione delle query e qualità del dato.
- Power BI & Reporting : svilupperai dashboard e report in Power BI, curando modellazione, DAX, UX del report e affidabilità delle metriche.
- Advanced Analytics & ML : contribuirai alla costruzione di modelli statistici e/o di machine learning per supportare forecasting, classificazione, segmentazione e automazione decisionale.
- AI Tooling & Productivity : utilizzerai con confidenza tool AI per accelerare analisi, documentazione, prototipazione e supporto al lavoro quotidiano, con approccio critico e consapevole.
