Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) – AspenTechAs a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers and senior management across assigned accounts. Your focus will be on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving ROI, and identifying renewal and solution growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesOwn the customer experience, adoption journey and renewal results for assigned enterprises.Develop and nurture high‑level relationships with influencers and senior leaders to secure partnership and deep penetration.Proactively engage customers through executive business reviews, user group meetings, road‑maps, and on‑site visits.Collaborate with implementation, sales, and renewal teams to create and execute account plans, identify expansion opportunities and drive new revenue.Lead cross‑functional teams and resources, managing projects with or without formal authority.Provide product insight and strategy advice for sales enablement and training initiatives.Identify and mitigate risks to customer growth, satisfaction and renewal; develop and execute risk‑mitigation plans.Deliver business impact and innovation, aligning the company’s initiatives with customer goals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.10+ years of professional experience in the process industry, with 5+ years in pre‑sales/post‑sales, customer relationship or success management.5+ years of hands‑on experience with AspenTech Engineering, Manufacturing, SSE, or APM solutions (or comparable suites).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals or business objectives.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to facilitate and lead cross‑functional teams with robust project‑management skills.Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar portfolios.Strong self‑motivation, agility and business acumen.Professional fluency in English; Italian language skills strongly preferred.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: EUR67,400.00–101,200.00 per year (gross). The range represents the full base salary progression for the role at the time of posting. A bonus or variable incentive pay may be applicable, subject to the applicable plan.
