Permitting Specialist (f/m/d)

• Provide technical support across environmental services (permitting, planning, EIA, due diligence, compliance audits)
• Contribute to environmental projects across all lifecycle stages
• Support energy transition and climate-focused initiatives
• Ensure adherence to quality, environmental management, sustainability, and health & safety standards
• Promote company values and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outcomes
• Approach tasks with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline
• 1–5 years of experience in environmental consultancy/permitting
• Solid understanding of AIA, AUA, VIA permitting regulations
• Knowledge of core EHS regulations and sustainability principles
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
• Innovative mindset with interest in digital tools and visual communication
