This is enabling a new class of engineers who combine software engineering, data, and AI to deliver real applications, not just prototypes. /p pAt Philogen, we are building a small, high-impact team focused on transforming core business processes into production-grade AI systems. This includes applications used across clinical operations, RD, and corporate functions, in a regulated environment. /p pWe are looking for an bApplied AI Engineer /b with 2–3 years of experience, strong coding skills, and a proven track record of shipping real-world systems, with a strong interest in LLM-powered applications. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liBuild end-to-end AI applications: from stakeholder discussions to UI, backend, and deployment /li liDevelop and deploy LLM-based systems in production (e.g., agents, automation workflows) /li liDesign and maintain data pipelines and application backends /li liWork across the stack: frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) /li liContribute to building a shared data and knowledge layer, including structured representations such as knowledge graphs /li liAutomate and digitalize business processes across Clinical, RD, Operations, and Finance /li liEnsure solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant in a regulated environment /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul li2–3 years of experience building and deploying software in production /li liStrong programming skills in Python and TypeScript /li liHands‑on experience with LLMs and modern AI systems (e.g., APIs, agents) /li liAbility to build full‑stack applications (frontend + backend + infrastructure) /li liFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and a builder mindset /li liHigh level of daily engagement with modern AI tools like Claude Code and Codex /li liAbility to interact with non‑technical stakeholders and translate needs into practical solutions /li liFamiliarity with the pharmaceutical domain, clinical trials data, or regulated environments is a plus /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field /li liStrong academic background with international exposure /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to build and shape core AI systems, and contribute to applied frontier ML research across both operations and scientific workflows /li liA competitive salary package ranging from €50,000 to €70,000, depending on experience and profile /li liDirect exposure to leadership and high‑impact projects across the organization /li liA fast‑moving, engineering‑driven environment focused on real delivery, not prototypes /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
