ph3Field Service Engineer Specialist /h3 pbDepartment: /bTechnical Support /p pbEmployment Type: /bFull Time /p pbLocation: /bItaly - Dueville /p h3Description /h3 pResponsible for supporting sales, world-class technical representation, support, and training, to water systems distributors and their contractors. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIn the assigned territory, provide technical service and support on Franklin Electric water systems products, including motors, pumps, and electronic drives and controls. /li liGuide testing and troubleshooting of Franklin products in water systems installations. /li liProvide direction and expertise during new product installations. /li liRepresent Franklin Electric at on-site installation meetings to timely resolve field issues. /li liPresent technical seminars to water systems distributors, dealers, and contractors. /li liRepresent Franklin Electric at trade shows and special events. /li liWrite and submit weekly reports needed to highlight problems at specific sites and/or with certain customers or products. /li liProvide specialized training to specific customers. /li liPerform other related duties as required or assigned. /li /ul h3Skills Knowledge and Expertise /h3 ul liWorking knowledge of water systems in general, with specific knowledge of pumps, motors, drives and controls. /li liExcellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Ability to develop strong working relationships with water systems professionals. Ability to work independently with outstanding organizational skills. /li liPrevious sales or service experience preferred. /li liSelf-motivated and energetic personality with a desire to service the customer. /li liEffectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization. /li liMaintains confidentiality and uses discretion with business information. /li liReads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. /li liDeals with problems involving several known variables in situations of routine nature. /li liPlans the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of operation. /li liDefines problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions. /li liDeals with problems involving several known variables in situations of routine nature. /li liSolves practical problems and deals with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. /li liTravels up to 40 percent of the time /li liReads, writes, and speaks English fluently /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Engineering/high school technical diploma – belectronics specialization /b /li liThree to five years of technical, sales, or related water systems or industry experience. /li /ul h3Computer Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of the basic MS office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) /li /ul h3Employment terms compensation /h3 ul liCCNL Metalmeccanica Industria /li liSalary Range (Gross Annual Salary): 30.000€ - 40.000€ /li liVariable Compensation: Eligibility for the Premio di Risultato (PDR), in accordance with the applicable company agreement. /li /ul pApplications from candidates with different levels of seniority will be considered.
