What You’ll Be Doing- Support customers via phone, chat, and email in a helpful and friendly manner
- Troubleshoot service and technical issues full training is provided
- Log interactions and help improve the overall customer experience
- Be part of a dynamic, supportive team and learn from experienced mentors
- C2-level Italian and at least B2-level English
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- A proactive attitude and interest in experiencing new cultures
- No previous experience required if you're eager to learn, well support you
- You must be living in Greece (or willing to relocate remote work is only available within the country)
