ppDescrizione annuncio /p pIf you're passionate about labour consulting and looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic, knowledgeable, and people-focused team, we'd love to hear from you! /p h3Who We Are /h3 pLumina is a team of Labour Consultants specialising in payroll and people administration. /p pWorking exclusively for Zeta Service, we help companies navigate the complexity of labour legislation, providing expert advice and keeping them up to date with constantly evolving regulations. /p pWhat sets us apart is our approach: we listen, we empathise, and we put people first. /p pThese values have been at the heart of our rapid growth and have helped us build a strong reputation as a leading player in the industry. /p pNow, we're looking for talented professionals who want to grow with us and make a real difference for the companies and people we work with. /p h3The opportunity /h3 pFor our teams in Milano, Lodi, Lecce, Bologna, Novara, Rivoli, and Roma, we're looking for Labour Consultants who will become trusted partners for our clients, providing ongoing support, expert advice, and practical guidance on labour, tax, social security, and welfare matters. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul liManage a portfolio of medium-sized and large companies, including international clients. /li liProvide day-to-day support, guidance, and practical solutions to clients on labour and payroll matters. /li liAct as a trusted point of reference for our payroll teams and colleagues. /li liShare your expertise as a speaker in webinars and events for our clients. /li liCarry out audits related to public procurement and contracting procedures. /li liKeep up to date with changes in labour legislation and help clients navigate regulatory developments. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience as a Labour Consultant, gained within a labour consultancy firm or an outsourcing company. /li liRegistration with the Italian Register of Labour Consultants (Albo dei Consulenti del Lavoro). /li liAt least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, with the ability to independently manage the entire payroll cycle. /li liProven experience managing medium-size and large clients. /li liStrong knowledge of the main Italian National Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL), particularly in the Commerce Services, Metalworking, Craft, Chemical, Entertainment (ENPALS), Construction, and Public Contracts sectors. /li liGood command of English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. /li liExperience with Zucchetti payroll software is a plus. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 pBeyond technical expertise, we're looking for someone who brings the right mindset: /p ul liA strong team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge. /li liA mature, professional, and customer-focused approach to both internal and external stakeholders. /li liEmpathy, active listening, and a proactive attitude. /li liThe ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with payroll professionals. /li liA strong results-driven mindset, combined with initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pbWork locations: /b Milan, Lodi, Lecce, Rome, Bologna, Rivoli, or Novara /p pbWorking model: /b Hybrid /p pbType of collaboration: /b Self-employed / VAT-registered professional (P.
