In questa posizione supporti la definizione, implementazione e revisione dei framework di Recovery & Resolution Planning per istituzioni finanziarie di primo livello. Lavori all'interno della practice Financial Services per contribuire a progetti complessi in ambito regolamentare, collaborando con Risk Management, Finance e Compliance. Interagisci con stakeholder di alto livello e coordini attività tra team interni ed esterni, guidando miglioramenti nei processi di crisi bancaria. L'opportunità combina innovazione, trasformazione regolamentare e impatto su scala con la crescita professionale in un ambiente multidisciplinare.

Responsabilità
- Definire, implementare e rivedere framework di Recovery & Resolution Planning per banche e istituzioni finanziarie
- Supportare funzioni di Risk Management, Finance e Compliance nel rispetto della normativa
- Coordinate attività progettuali tra team interni ed esterni e con stakeholder di alto livello
- Produrre deliverable a supporto di audit e supervisione regolamentare
- Predisporre e aggiornare Recovery Plans e Resolution Plans in collaborazione con funzioni interne e autorità di vigilanza
- Individuare aree di miglioramento nei processi di gestione delle crisi bancarie
- Contribuire all'allineamento tra requisiti normativi e obiettivi strategici dei clienti
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2–4 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza
- Buona conoscenza del mondo bancario e assicurativo e/o del credito al consumo
- Conoscenza della regolamentazione bancaria europea (BRRD/IRRD); preferenza per DORA, CRR/CRD
- Buone capacità analitiche nell'interpretazione di testi normativi
- Familiarità con metodologie di Project Management e strumenti di analisi regolamentare
- Esperienza in progetti di regolamentazione bancaria e risk governance
- Esperienza nel coordinamento di attività progettuali con team interni ed esterni
- abilità di interazione con stakeholder di alto livello
- Redazione di deliverable per audit e supervisione regolamentare
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
