Contribute to product innovation, sustainability and cost optimization initiatives while ensuring projects meet quality, performance and customer requirements. Work closely with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams to support successful scale-up and implementation. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the execution of RD projects from concept through validation and industrialization. /liliConduct laboratory testing, product validation and performance assessments. /liliAssist in preparing technical documentation, reports and qualification protocols. /liliCollaborate with manufacturing sites to support scale-up activities and product launches. /liliParticipate in troubleshooting activities during industrial trials and product implementation. /liliSupport cost innovation and sustainability initiatives through material, process and design improvements. /liliWork closely with Innovation, Expert Centers and Operations teams to ensure project alignment. /liliAnalyze technical data and provide recommendations to support decision making. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance, quality and manufacturing efficiency. /liliEnsure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements. /liliMaintain awareness of market trends, customer needs and emerging technologies. /liliSupport business continuity and security of supply initiatives when required. /liliParticipate in cross-functional project meetings and communicate project progress effectively. /li /ulh3Key Performance Indicators /h3ulliDelivery of assigned RD projects and activities within agreed timelines. /liliQuality and completeness of technical documentation. /liliSuccessful completion of validation and industrialization activities. /liliSupport provided to product launches and manufacturing sites. /liliContribution to cost-saving and sustainability initiatives. /liliCompliance with safety and quality standards. /liliParticipation in continuous improvement projects. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific/engineering discipline. /liliOpen to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in RD, product development, manufacturing, engineering, or a technical environment. /liliDemonstrated interest in product development, innovation, sustainability, or manufacturing processes through internships, university projects, placements, or early career experience. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams. /liliGood communication and presentation skills. /liliEagerness to learn and develop technical expertise in product validation, industrialization, and manufacturing processes. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools is an advantage. /liliFluent English required; additional languages are a plus. /li /ulh3About Amcor /h3pAmcor is the global leader in developing and producing responsible consumer packaging and dispensing solutions across a variety of materials for nutrition, health, beauty and wellness categories.
