Starbucks® continua la sua espansione sul territorio italiano e inaugurerà in autunno un nuovo punto vendita presso Vicolungo The Style Outlets: siamo alla ricerca di baristi/e pronti/e a entrare nel team! Tutti i candidati sono invitati a leggere attentamente la seguente descrizione del lavoro e le relative informazioni prima di candidarsi. Cosa ti offriamo
- Un importante percorso di training on the job (incluso un primo mese di formazione specifica per Baristi) per lo sviluppo delle tue competenze
- Formazione sulla degustazione del caffè
- Contratto Part-Time

La retribuzione prevista per questa posizione è compresa tra EUR 21.000 e EUR 23.000 lordi annui, da riproporzionare in base al monte ore. L'inquadramento verrà definito in fase di selezione sulla base del profilo e in applicazione del CCNL Pubblici Esercizi. La definizione del compenso specifico dipenderà dalla valutazione del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione.

- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e 6 giorni su 7
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
La formazione avverrà all’interno dello store con il supporto di un team esperto e/o in aula a seconda delle necessità (HACCP, H&S, training prodotto, Starbucks knowledge).
