CHEMICAL SALES DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

As a Chemical Sales Development Support, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our chemicals business, with a focus on detergents for ovens and dishwashers, supporting Customer Care activities across Business Area Food Europe.

You will ensure a competitive product offering, enable strong after-sales support, and build a seamless end-to-end chemical sales journey, from strategy definition to execution, integration and campaign activation.

What You'll Be Doing

Product & Strategy

• Define target segments and identify customer needs for chemicals (professional cleaning solutions for kitchen equipment and particularly detergents for ovens and dishwashers)
• Ensure a competitive product portfolio (range, pricing, positioning)
• Conduct market and competitive analysis, including SWOT
• Identify expansion opportunities and support scaling across countries
• Manage product lifecycle (phase-in / phase-out, profitability, investment decisions)

Product After Sales Service

• Ensure customers and service partners receive the right level of technical support
• Identify after-sales needs and define required solutions and improvements
• Develop and deliver training materials for Sales Units and Service Partners
• Support local organizations with technical expertise when needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of after-sales processes and service quality

User Journeys & Local/Regional Set-Up

• Define and optimize the end-to-end customer journey for chemical sales, delivery and support
• Identify required systems, tools and local/regional setups to enable execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational processes
• Assess resource needs and support capability building across markets

Integration

• Support integration of chemical sales into OnE Connected and Customer Service systems
• Ensure alignment across commercial, service and digital platforms
• Contribute to defining timelines, cost estimations and resource allocation
• Support implementation of scalable and efficient processes

Campaign & Content Management

• Develop and execute chemical sales campaigns together with local teams
• Define campaign KPIs and monitor performance
• Create and promote compelling product value propositions and content
• Support demand generation through targeted marketing initiatives
• Ensure alignment with global and local commercial strategies

What's Needed For You To Thrive

• Have a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Bring experience in product management, chemicals or related industries
• Have strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs
• Are comfortable working cross-functionally (Sales, Service, Marketing, Digital)
• Demonstrate strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
• Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Have a strong understanding of business processes and digital technologies.
• Have excellent communication, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Have passion for innovation and a digital-first mindset.
