We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Buying Specialist who can join our Team at Stone Island HQ in Milan. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pThe Digital Buying Specialist plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of the digital buying and merchandising strategy. Working closely with the Digital Merchandising team, they contribute to defining the optimal assortment, managing the buying process, monitoring business performance, and ensuring the best online product offering across markets. This role combines strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities, requiring the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive commercial decisions and improve business performance. /p h3Activities /h3 ul liSupport the definition of the optimal assortment, product depth and buying strategy according to sales targets, commercial objectives and market/channel specificities /li liCollaborate with Collection Merchandising, Retail Merchandising and Planning teams to develop a consistent and optimized omnichannel strategy /li liPerform sales, stock and business performance analysis, preparing reports and actionable insights to support commercial decisions /li liWork closely with the Digital team to define and execute the go-to-market strategy, ensuring successful collection launches and commercial activations /li liIdentify opportunities to optimize performance through data analysis, market trends and continuous business monitoring /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pMain Qualifications: /p ul liBachelor's Degree /li li2-3 years’ experience in e-commerce buying or buying assistant roles /li liFluent English /li liAdvanced Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus /li liStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into business actions /li /ul pWe Would Appreciate a Person That Is: /p ul liPassionate about fashion, luxury, market trends and competitor analysis /li liCurious and data-driven, with an interest in understanding business performance through numbers /li liA team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul liApplication of CCNL Tessile /li liCompensation package range: from 30.000 to 35.000 € gross. /li liCompetitive Corporate Welfare Services /li /ul h3Our Shared Values /h3 pAt Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
