YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Agent , you will be responsible for: 

• Establishing and developing relationships with new customers 

• Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers

• Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions

• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Meeting customers to understand their specific requirements and expectations 

• Preparing offers and following up with customers 

• Following up on customer orders when necessary 

• Building long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities

• Maintaining a strong knowledge of our existing products and services and staying up to date with new solutions

• Supporting customers throughout the sales process 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in sales

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions

• An existing network of potential customers is a strong advantage

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Confident, proactive and charismatic approach to people 

• Ability to take initiative and work independently 

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong motivation to achieve results 

LOCATION – NORTHERN ITALY

We particularly prefer candidates who are based in or have a strong network within the Northern Italian industrial corridor , especially the areas around:

Milan → Bergamo → Brescia → Verona → Vicenza → Padua → Bologna → Modena → Parma
