Customer ServiceWelcome and assist the needs of a demanding clienteleBuild customer loyalty through tailored and personalised adviceContribute to enhancing the brand image by providing a unique and premium level of service
SalesAchieve and increase sales using key commercial indicatorsMaster cash desk procedures and carry out all required transactionsPromote the brand image and guarantee the quality standards of our company
MerchandisingReceive, label, and display productsHelp maintain impeccable store cleanlinessOrganise the sales floor and display products according to company guidelines
Store OperationsReview sales figures, documents, and instructions while respecting confidentialityCheck and manage stock levels and replenishment on the sales floor to constantly meet customer needsEnsure follow-up of customer service: returns, repairsParticipate in qualitative and quantitative reporting
ProfileYou have proven experience in high-end or luxury retailYou wish to build on your commercial experience while working with an international, premium clienteleYou demonstrate a strong interest in sales and excellent communication skillsYou thrive on challenges, are eager to learn, and have a strong affinity for our products and brandYou have excellent interpersonal skills and great listening abilitiesYou also have an impeccable presentation, a strong sense of service, and persuasive abilities
