Overview

In this role you will diagnose and resolve technical issues on Foundation Equipment, collaborating with customers to deliver effective solutions. You’ll install and test electrical systems, support mechanical and hydraulic components, and coordinate with internal teams to improve products. You’ll lead customer training and document interactions to ensure knowledge transfer and optimize service quality. This position offers international travel to provide hands‑on support and showcases your technical leadership in a customer‑focused, cross‑functional environment.Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Foundation Equipment
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, hardware, software, and communication interface problems
  • Collaborate with customers to understand issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Assemble, install, and wire electrical systems and panels on machines
  • Verify installations with testers and multimeters
  • Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components
  • Coordinate with Design Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Control to resolve issues and feed product improvements
  • Deliver product training to customers and service partners
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately and promptly
Qualifications
  • Technical diploma (industrial, mechanical, electrical, or electronic)
  • Knowledge of mechanical/hydraulic and electrical/electrotechnical drawings
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment for wiring and precision tools
  • Knowledge of PLC programming systems
  • Knowledge of measurement instruments: testers, multimeters, etc.
  • Knowledge of screw, bolt, thread, and hydraulic fitting specifications
  • Knowledge of measurement tools (tape measure, caliper)
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross‑functionally with other departments
  • Willingness to travel internationally to provide customer technical support
