If you're curious, resilient, and ready to grow, you'll find the space to lead, innovate, and together with us Meet the needs beyond tomorrow. /p h3CHEMICAL SALES DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT /h3 pAs a Chemical Sales Development Support, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our chemicals business, with a focus on detergents for ovens and dishwashers, supporting Customer Care activities across Business Area Food Europe. /p pYou will ensure a competitive product offering, enable strong after-sales support, and build a seamless end-to-end chemical sales journey, from strategy definition to execution, integration and campaign activation. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 h3Product Strategy /h3 ul liDefine target segments and identify customer needs for chemicals (professional cleaning solutions for kitchen equipment and particularly detergents for ovens and dishwashers) /li liEnsure a competitive product portfolio (range, pricing, positioning) /li liConduct market and competitive analysis, including SWOT /li liIdentify expansion opportunities and support scaling across countries /li liManage product lifecycle (phase-in / phase-out, profitability, investment decisions) /li /ul h3Product After Sales Service /h3 ul liEnsure customers and service partners receive the right level of technical support /li liIdentify after-sales needs and define required solutions and improvements /li liDevelop and deliver training materials for Sales Units and Service Partners /li liSupport local organizations with technical expertise when needed /li liContribute to continuous improvement of after-sales processes and service quality /li /ul h3User Journeys Local/Regional Set-Up /h3 ul liDefine and optimize the end-to-end customer journey for chemical sales, delivery and support /li liIdentify required systems, tools and local/regional setups to enable execution /li liCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational processes /li liAssess resource needs and support capability building across markets /li /ul h3Integration /h3 ul liSupport integration of chemical sales into OnE Connected and Customer Service systems /li liEnsure alignment across commercial, service and digital platforms /li liContribute to defining timelines, cost estimations and resource allocation /li liSupport implementation of scalable and efficient processes /li /ul h3Campaign Content Management /h3 ul liDevelop and execute chemical sales campaigns together with local teams /li liDefine campaign KPIs and monitor performance /li liCreate and promote compelling product value propositions and content /li liSupport demand generation through targeted marketing initiatives /li liEnsure alignment with global and local commercial strategies /li /ul h3What’s Needed For You To Thrive /h3 ul liHave a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience /li liBring experience in product management, chemicals or related industries /li liHave strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs /li liAre comfortable working cross-functionally (Sales, Service, Marketing, Digital) /li liDemonstrate strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills /li liAre fluent in English; additional languages are a plus /li liHave a strong understanding of business processes and digital technologies. /li liHave excellent communication, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. /li liHave passion for innovation and a digital-first mindset. /li /ul h3OUR CULTURE IN 4 WORDS /h3 pBe Customer Obsessed.
