Technical Presales Engineer (Italy)

SOLAX POWER IT SRL is part of an international photovoltaic group, providing inverter and energy storage solutions for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical presales support to the sales team
- Develop customized PV and BESS solutions in line with local grid requirements and customer needs
- Deliver technical presentations, product training sessions, and webinars for partners and customers
- Support system sizing, yield simulations, and preparation of technical documentation
- Provide on-site technical assistance during installation and commissioning when required
- Collaborate with international technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Support product compliance and certification processes according to applicable standards
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in technical presales, field engineering, or solution engineering within the solar or energy storage industry
- Solid understanding of PV systems (rooftop and ground-mounted) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Familiarity with grid connection standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English
- Availability for business travel as needed
