Senior HR Business Partner

As Senior HR Business Partner you will support the Plant HR Manager by ensuring accurate employee data, compliant processes, and effective HR operations across timekeeping, payroll, and personnel administration. You will drive HR KPI reporting and manage relationships with temporary staffing vendors, contributing to a compliant, data-driven HR function aligned with safety and regulatory standards. This role offers impact through overseeing data accuracy, process timelines, and cross-functional collaboration within an automotive plant. You will work with SAP and other HR systems to sustain high-quality HR operations.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Oversee time and attendance processes, including data collection, anomaly resolution, and leave management
• Coordinate payroll activities and related reconciliations and forecasting
• Manage employee master data in HRIS (including SAP)
• Support management of temporary workers, incl. training documentation and vendor reporting
• Assist with hiring, contract changes, and terminations in line with policies
• Support HR KPI reporting (absenteeism, turnover, HR metrics) and industrial relations
• Ensure GDPR-compliant handling of personal data and regulatory compliance
• Implement measures for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 workplace safety and environmental compliance

• 4-6 years of HR experience in a similar role
• Experience in automotive sector preferred
• Knowledge of personnel administration processes and CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria
• Knowledge of GDPR (EU 2016/679)
• Fluent English
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office
• Experience with HR information systems (SAP) and time/attendance software
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
