The HR Business Partner is responsible for operational excellence and organizational health at assigned site(s), serving as an individual contributor partnering directly with Field Leaders and site(s) leadership teams. You will strengthen culture and deliver business results by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans, executing business goals through data-driven decision making, and partnering with campus leaders to improve the employee experience. This role is accountable for the end-to-end employee experience, owning site(s)-level feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and environment standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance. /p pYou will be expected to work onsite(s) at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple site(s)s within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations. /p pThe applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Logistics, Delivery and Shipping Sector . The position is classified at level 5 or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience. /p pKey job responsibilities /p pEmployee Experience Engagement /p ul liFoster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms like Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walks /li liExecute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activities /li liBuild an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices. /li liMaintain meaningful floor presence across the site(s), gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagement /li /ul pOperational Excellence Site(s) Standards /p ul liConduct regular site(s) walks to assess workplace conditions and maintain facility standards in alignment with Amazon standards /li liPartner with site(s) leaders and safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety programs /li liLead community initiatives at your site(s), partnering across your node and with Public Policy and Public Relations teams /li liImprove site(s) effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring consistent, fair application of policies /li /ul pData-Driven Decision Making Technology /p ul liUse data analytics to identify emerging trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions /li liDrive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service delivery in critical moments /li /ul pStrategic PXT Leadership /p ul liPartner with site(s) leadership to balance operational needs with Amazon's values and people priorities /li liCoach Business Leaders on effective people management practices, including performance feedback, team development, and employee relations matters /li liSupport change implementation by reinforcing messaging, addressing resistance, and helping leaders translate change into local routines /li liExecute core PXT processes while building trust and influence through sound business acumen. /li /ul pA day in the life /p pYour day will be a dynamic blend of strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making. You'll leverage advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and develop solutions that enhance workplace experience. From coaching leadership teams on workforce management to driving HR process excellence, you'll collaborate with Field leaders on operational objectives and team effectiveness. You'll maintain strong floor presence, building partnerships across all levels while contributing to meaningful workplace improvements through site(s) walks, employee feedback sessions, and strategic initiatives. /p pSuccess comes from your ability to navigate organizational dynamics, lead change initiatives, and make high-judgment decisions in ambiguous situations. Through business acumen, data-driven insights, and strategic partnerships, you'll help create a workplace culture where employees feel valued and empowered. /p pBasic Qualifications /p ul liBachelor's degree /li liSpeak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above /li liRelevant experience within human resources or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing). /li liDemonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders /li liExperience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management /li /ul pPreferred Qualifications /p ul liMaster's Degree or MBA /li liExperience supporting operational environments (manufacturing, distribution, or similar) /li liAbility to effectively train, guide, and support others in the use of various HR technologies and digital platforms, with a focus on increasing user adoption and enhancing end-user experience /li liProficiency in using AI-powered tools, HR analytics platforms, and emerging technologies to derive insights and drive process improvements /li liExperience handling employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations /li liStrong coaching and influencing skills with ability to guide leaders through complex situations /li liExperience supporting employee engagement and development initiatives with measurable impacts on employee retention or satisfaction /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
