If you want to be part of a top technology brand, join us! /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ulliCustomer Market Engagement: Participate in direct client interactions, product demos, and discovery sessions to gather real-world feedback and understand field pain points. /liliOutbound Product Activities: Drive roadmap presentations with existing clients, and support the sales team in pre-sales contexts. /liliProduct Definition Delivery: Contribute to writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications in collaboration with RD and the senior PM team /liliBacklog Management: Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies (Jira/Confluence), ensuring requirements are well-articulated and actionable for development teams. /liliCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with RD, Sales, Solution Center, and Customer Success to align on priorities and support a unified approach to product development and go-to-market. /liliDomain Growth: Continuously deepen your understanding of the FSM landscape, competitive dynamics, and product capabilities to grow into a credible voice with clients and internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 ulliExperience: 3–5 years in a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Pre-Sales role within a B2B software environment. Direct experience with FSM platforms or field operations software /liliDomain Knowledge: Familiarity with Field Service Management (FSM), field operations, linear asset management, or related processes—ideally through direct industry exposure. /liliCommunication: Clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting to clients and collaborating with technical teams.
