Requisiti
- Laurea in discipline affini, preferibilmente in ambito STEM, economia, ingegneria o percorsi equivalenti.
- Esperienza, anche consolidata, nel ruolo o in attività analoghe legate alla strategia digitale o all’adozione dell’Intelligenza Artificiale.
- Buona capacità di interfacciarsi con stakeholder di business e management.
- Attitudine analitica, approccio consulenziale e orientamento al risultato.
- Capacità di lavorare su contesti complessi e in collaborazione con team cross‑funzionali.
Attività
La risorsa sarà coinvolta in attività di supporto strategico all’adozione dell’Intelligenza Artificiale, con particolare focus su:
- Workshop con il management e gli stakeholder di business.
- Definizione della vision AI e delle priorità di intervento.
- Individuazione delle opportunità di applicazione.
- Costruzione di business case a supporto delle iniziative.
