ppCategoria: Media Agency /ppLuogo di lavoro: Milano /ppLa figura avrà la responsabilità di guidare la struttura digitale, definire e coordinare le strategie di vendita e contribuire alla crescita del business. Il ruolo è centrale nelle dinamiche aziendali e prevede collaborazione trasversale con tutte le linee commerciali (nazionale, locale, agenzie/media center e clienti diretti), con un forte focus su sviluppo commerciale e pianificazione strategica. /ph3Responsabilità /h3ul liGuidare la struttura Digital e le relative strategie di vendita /li liDefinire la strategia digitale in collaborazione con le direzioni commerciali /li liIdentificare nuove opportunità di business e partnership strategiche /li liIncrementare la percezione del valore aziendale sul mercato e le relative revenues /li liSviluppare e implementare un action plan commerciale orientato alla crescita /li liSupportare attivamente le direzioni commerciali nelle attività di sviluppo /li liGestire e sviluppare clienti attivi e prospect /li liPartecipare alla definizione di accordi strategici con clienti chiave /li liCostruire e mantenere relazioni con stakeholder rilevanti /li liCollaborare con i team Marketing e Operations /li liMonitorare le performance e intervenire con azioni correttive /li liGarantire il coinvolgimento e l'efficacia dei team commerciali /li /ulh3Requisiti /h3pRequisiti: Requisiti:7-10 anni di esperienza in ambito DigitalEsperienza nella gestione e fidelizzazione di stakeholderCapacità di interazione con centri media e clienti direttiConoscenza approfondita dell'offerta ADV digitale (display, programmatic, video, social, native, audio, ecc.)Approccio strategico e analiticoCapacità di sviluppo commerciale e posizionamento sul mercato /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
