Global Service Network Manager

IDV, based in Bolzano, Italy, is looking for a Service Network Manager to coordinate and develop its global network of service workshops. The ideal candidate must possess proven experience in managing service networks, alongside excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring existing service centers and selecting and training new ones to ensure high service quality standards while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are also required.
