By creating strategic partnerships and high value-added industrial ecosystems, the company develops innovative concepts and transforms them into concrete, bankable, and commercially viable projects throughout the national territory. /ppJob description: The figure will be responsible for identifying, originating, and developing new business opportunities and strategic industrial projects in Italy. Specifically, they will deal with: /pulliProactively identifying and originating new business opportunities and industrial projects across the Italian market; /liliIdentifying potential end users, customers, and industrial partners in sectors where energy transition and decarbonisation technologies can generate significant value; /liliDeveloping relationships with key stakeholders including industrial companies, utilities, energy developers, engineering companies, EPC contractors, technology providers, institutions, and financial partners; /liliIdentifying emerging market trends, regulatory developments, and incentive mechanisms capable of enabling new industrial projects and improving their economic viability; /liliDeveloping initial project concepts together with customers and partners, connecting technology, industrial demand, energy availability, and potential project economics; /liliBuilding and coordinating strategic partnerships and project ecosystems required to develop complex industrial opportunities; /liliConducting preliminary market assessments, business cases, and techno-economic evaluations to determine the attractiveness and feasibility of identified opportunities; /liliEngaging directly with senior decision-makers within potential customers and partners and developing relationships from initial contact through project development; /liliWorking closelywith the Sales Department, transferring sufficiently mature opportunities into the formal commercial and sales process while continuing to support their development when required; /liliCollaborating with Technology, Engineering, RD, and Strategy teams to define solutions responding to identified customer and market needs; /liliMonitoring public policies, incentive schemes, and regulatory developments relevant to energy transition and industrial decarbonisation and translating them into potential business opportunities; /liliRepresenting the company at industry events, conferences, trade fairs, and selected networking activities; /liliMaintaining a structured pipeline of originated opportunities and providing periodic reporting on project status, market developments, and potential strategic initiatives. /li /ulpRequirements: /ppEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline. /ppProfessional experience: /pulliMinimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Project Development, Strategic Business Development, Energy or Industrial Markets; /liliDemonstrated ability to originate business opportunities rather than exclusively manage existing customer relationships or incoming commercial leads; /liliStrong knowledge of the Italian industrial and energy ecosystem; /liliExperience in one or more of the following areas: Energy Infrastructure, Industrial Decarbonisation, Renewable Energy, Hydrogen Renewable Fuels, Industrial Gases, Heavy Industry, Mobility Transport or Advanced Energy Technologies; /liliExperience developing complex B2B projects involving multiple industrial and institutional stakeholders; /liliExisting relationships within the Italian industrial, energy, or infrastructure ecosystem would be a strong advantage; /liliFamiliarity with energy regulation, public incentive mechanisms, or project economics would be considered a significant plus. /li /ulpSkills and other characteristics: /pulliStrong entrepreneurial and opportunity-driven mindset; /liliNatural abilityto identify and develop new business opportunities; /liliExcellent networking and relationship-building capabilities; /liliAbility to engage effectively with senior executives, entrepreneurs, and institutional stakeholders; /liliStrong commercial judgement combined with sufficient technical understanding to operate in complex industrial environments; /liliAbility to connect market needs, technologies, partners, and economic drivers into viable project concepts; /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; /liliHigh level of autonomy, initiative, and ownership; /liliAbility to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously; /liliWillingness to travel extensively throughout Italy and, when required, internationally. /li /ulpLanguages: /pulliFluent Italian is required; /liliFluent English,written and spoken, is mandatory. /li /ulpOffer: /pulliPermanent contract /liliGross Annual Salary (RAL) between €65,000 and €80,000 /liliInsertion in a dynamic work environment strongly oriented towards innovation and sustainability /liliOpportunity to lead the growth of high-impact projects for energy transition on the national territory /li /ulpWorkplace: Trentino, Italy (with travel required throughout Italy and occasionally internationally) /ppBusiness Development Project Origination Manager Bolzano, Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
