You collaborate with R&D and engineering to influence design choices while managing lifecycle risks.   • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Tier 2 electronic components based on market dynamics and technology trends
  • Build strong relationships with component manufacturers and distributors to secure supply continuity and access to innovation
  • Negotiate agreements balancing cost, quality, and long-term availability
  • Monitor electronic component market trends (lead times, allocation risks, obsolescence) and adapt sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering to influence component selection and design choices
  • Manage lifecycle risks, including obsolescence and end‑of‑life strategies
  • Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability metrics
  • Work cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Deliver on key KPIs (cost savings, NOWC, PPM, supplier consolidation, contract coverage)
  • Act as the interface with internal electronics manufacturing site to align sourcing with production needs
Responsabilità
  • Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and purchasing within a global organization, mainly in Electrical/Electronic Commodities
  • Experience in adjacent disciplines such as Electronic Engineering/Design, Supply Chain, R&D is welcomed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make important decisions under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English;
    knowledge of French is an advantage
