Sales Engineer HVAC North of Italy

Overview

In this role you drive the promotion and specification of Victaulic HVAC systems in the Lombardy region, combining sales with technical support. You will engage Owners and Engineering consultancies, train installers, and coordinate with distributors to ensure knowledge and adoption of Victaulic solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to meet regional sales targets while ensuring high installation quality. This role offers hands-on field exposure, ongoing training, and a collaborative, global environment.

Responsabilità

• Promote Victaulic HVAC systems and binding applications in the region
• Ensure technical knowledge of Victaulic solutions through seminars, training, literature, and support
• Pursue acceptance and specification by Owners and Engineering Consulting companies
• Demonstrate proper installation on job sites and follow up with contractors
• Train contractor personnel on usage and installation when required
• Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory
• Liaise with local Victaulic distributor to maintain information flow
• Report weekly to the Sales Director on activities and marketing information and sales results

Requisiti fondamentali

• Residence in Lombardy region
• University/college degree preferred, ideally mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of sales and technical knowledge in mechanical applications
• Familiarity with mechanical applications or ability to acquire quickly
• Commercial mindset with customer orientation
• Strong teamwork, communication, and professional appearance
• Results-driven in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel across Italy
• Fluency in English
