AI Engineer — Graduate Development Program

The program is structured into 4 progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives. From day one, you join ION on a full‑time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3pAcross phases, you will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies in our agile product development environment. This role is designed to grow well-rounded AI professionals, with a solid foundation in software engineering to bring models into production. /pulliContributing directly to the development of ION’s products, from requirements through to delivery /liliDesign, develop, train, evaluate and iterate on Machine Learning models and Generative AI solutions /liliWork with Language Models (LLMs) and related techniques (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, evaluation) /liliCollaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship innovative, high-impact products /liliSolving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulliMaster’s degree in a STEM discipline — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record /liliStrong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+) /liliBased in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
