You'll help shape the future workforce by aligning recruitment initiatives with priorities and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.brYou will report to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition. You will work a hybrid schedule at the Westinghouse Electric Italy facility in Monfalcone, Italy.brstrongKey Responsibilitiesbr/strongulliPartner with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs and role requirements. /liliManage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. /liliDevelop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple channels. /liliAnalyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform talent acquisition decisions and improve processes. /liliFoster a fantastic candidate experience through communications and personalized engagement. /liliCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards and other stakeholders to ensure equitable and efficient hiring decisions. /liliMaintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system to support metrics and compliance and ensure process alignment with all compliance and regulatory requirements.br/li /ulstrongQualifications:br/strongulli3+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition. /liliFluency in English and Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills /liliExperience building relationships and influencing business leaders as a consultative partner. /liliExpertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipelines. /liliExperience recruiting for diverse roles, with a focus on technical and professional positions, and developing/negotiating offers for those roles. /liliProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.br/li /ulWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
